Walking in the Woods

The Justice Reinvestment Equity Program (JREP) includes 18 culturally specific and culturally responsive organizations in communities impacted by the Oregon criminal legal system. The Oregon Washington Health Network COPES program has been selected to participate in this program because of our dedication to reducing incarceration and racial disparities in the criminal legal system, promoting healing, and advancing community safety across Eastern Oregon.

The COPES JREP program is focused on meeting these goals through the implementation of the Batterers Intervention Program (BIP), Caring Dads Program, and Anger Management Program.
